4. Orders and Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, contain incorrect information, or appear fraudulent.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan and other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Where a product comes with a brand or seller warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse or unauthorised repair.
