Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, TechSpot Electronics will make it right. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

  • Item received is damaged, defective or not working
  • Wrong item, wrong model or wrong colour received
  • Item is missing parts or accessories that were listed

Conditions

  • The item must be unused (except for testing), in its original packaging, with all accessories, boxes and manuals.
  • Please share clear pictures or a short video of the issue and your order number when contacting us.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wrong installation, liquid damage, physical damage or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless the item is unopened and in sealed packaging; in that case return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp/call at 0330 1594471 or email abdulrehmann725@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and pictures/video of the problem.
  3. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.

Replacements and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if it is approved. For approved returns, we will send a replacement of the same item, or if it is out of stock, issue a refund.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days after approval. Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return delivery cost. In other approved cases, return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can follow the return process above if eligible.
